Dr. Stacey Cohn Siver is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois and a National Certified Counselor.  She earned her Ph.D. and Masters Degree from Saint Louis University and her undergraduate degree from Smith College in Massachusetts.  Dr. Siver has practice in the mental health field for over twenty years working with individuals, couples and families in a variety of settings.  These settings have included hospitals, an Employee Assistance Program, a domestic violence shelter, a suicide hotline, an outpatient counseling center for adolescents and their families, and private practice.

Dr. Siver determines her therapeutic approach based on the needs and goals of her clients.  She works with pre-teens (tweens), teenagers and adults.  Areas of specialization include emotional, physical and sexual abuse, family/couples issues, depression, and concerns specific to the adolescent population.  Dr. Siver is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association, and the Illinois Association for Couples and Family Counseling.
